FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I track my order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your order ships you receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can follow your parcel at any moment. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 business days after processing.

How do I return my items?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email us at info@north-boutique.com first to receive your return authorisation and the address of our return facility. Please do not send items to our office address in Brossard. All details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.

What are the conditions for a refund?

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. We do not charge restocking fees.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described. In that case we cover the return shipping.

Please note that we do not handle support through Instagram or Facebook. All contact runs through email.
